I’ve had the flu for like a week now.

Tumblr never tells me when I have mail, so I apologize that it takes me so damn long to respond! I just have to remember to keep checking it…
persephonecaged asked: how did your ec stack go for you? i'm gonna start one in a few days
Well I didn’t combine it with exercise like I should have, and I didn’t eat enough protein so any weight that I lost was far too much muscle loss. I’m thinking about doing a stack again after I get down to a weight I’m comfortable at. I definitely recommend NOT STARTING with the full dosage! I had some chest pains throughout it and decided to stop after like a week and a half.
I dubbed 2012 a year of change… Here are the ways I’m changing so far:
That’s it for now… Has anyone made any significant life changes this year?
Brussel sprouts and swordfish.
This was dinner… well actually that was all I ate today. I’ve been losing weight lately, but not the healthy way. I’ve been under eating and neglecting my work out routine. My energy levels are shit and I feel flabby, probably due to not eating enough protein. I have a tendency to almost forget to eat when I’m busy with other things like school, job interviews, BOYS, etc. But on the other hand I’m always excessively hungry when I work out and tend to over eat. I wish I had a job already so I could buy the healthy food I like :(
Today I woke up and weighed myself: 120lbs. But I think I’m a little dehydrated to be honest, so I’m not going to get too excited.
I made a profile on the WWOOF USA website, and found a farm to intern at this summer! It’s a green living sustainability farm in rural Ohio— where I have a rather, er, significant other with whom I’ve had a lot of trouble with recently. Our relationship is so very complicated… *sigh*. Anyway, I’ll be out there for two months, and I’ll get a chance to see him, which will be nice. Hopefully it’ll be a relaxing visit… On the farm I’ll get a chance to garden, tend to livestock, and learn more about green living. Which is going to be awesome! It doesn’t cost any money, you earn your keep by helping work the farm, and they put you up and feed you. They eat a primarily vegetarian diet, and trying to eat what they grow for the most part. So I’ll come home having eaten clean and doing hard labor for two straight months, plus I’ll be outside so I’ll also have a tan. It’s a win/win situation.
Just a random photo post:
1) Went out to lunch with my mom for her 50th birthday yesterday! Had a delicious plate of grilled shrimp, zucchini, and carrots.
2) One of my favorite snacks/quick breakfasts.
3) My favorite form of coffee as of late: a traditional macchiato. Two shots of espresso and a tiny bit of steamed milk. Nom!
4 & 5) I was having fun trying on some of my mom’s high heels (she literally has 250 pairs), these were like 6 inches tall and extremely hard to walk in. My legs are looking decent though, that’s a plus.
Is it really that big of a compromise to tell your girlfriend that you miss her when you’re not drunk?
